Dawn opened her salon in 1995. She has been a licensed esthetician since 1996. She is passionate about the skin care industry and proud of the quality of professional products she uses. She stays educated and informed by attending monthly classes and industry conferences.

Dawn listens to her clients and enjoys working with them to customize each and every treatment to meet their expectations and needs. Her number one priority is customer satisfaction.

Kate Kaliska Oliver is a California Certified Massage Therapist and has been practicing for 25 years. She specializes in: the Hendrickson Method, an advanced system of orthopedic massage & manual therapy for pain reduction and management; and Abdominal Therapy techniques to address the position and health of the pelvic and abdominal organs to improve function of reproduction and digestion. She has continued her extensive training to become a certified educator and to expand her knowledge to help her clients. Her hobbies include yoga, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Michelle has been a hair stylist in Novato for 37 years and has continually added to her education throughout that time. She prides herself on listening to the wants and needs of her clients. She loves her profession because making the client feel better about themselves and putting a smile on their face is her number one priority. Michelle was born and raised in Marin County and moved to Petaluma with her high school sweetheart, Amil in 1991. Michelle is a huge animal lover and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Lisa has been a hair stylist for over 25 years, including four years under the apprenticeship of Jaime Weinstien of Beverly Hills, plus one-on-one workshops with well-known "long-hair specialist" Robert Richley of Pasadena.

Nicolle was born and raised in Novato. She has been a hairstylist since 2001. She prides herself on providing the best quality service to her clients. Her interests include working out and spending time with her family and husband, Casey.

Quianna Oseguera has been hair stylist for over 18 years. She specializes in color, babylights/teasylights and foilayage. She truly loves her work, making the connections of helping others find the beauty and confidence they strive for in their hair. Quianna has lived in Marin for 10 years and many clients have become very close girlfriends. They have created a safe and comfortable space to share life stories. When Quianna isn't working, she loves cooking, organizing, listening to music and spending her time with her husband, son and two pups.
